Copying images to clipboard causes Valbiz to crash

Issue Description:

This issue is generally caused by a DLL mismatch of the SSi.Thin.dll. Valbiz will crash when an image is copied to the clipboard from Valbiz or you are trying to paste from the clipboard to Valbiz, when your running the thin client in 32bit mode.

Check the version date of the SSi.Thin.dll file.

Resolution:

Generally this involves updating the database to the latest JADE and App version. Contact our support team on 0800 644 544 to get this resolved on your workstation.
